Who we are
ApiTrack is Apidouro's export-tracking portal, used by the importer companies that do business with Apidouro. For privacy matters: exportacao@apidouro.com.br.
Business-to-business use only
This is a business-to-business platform, used only between legal entities (Apidouro and the importer companies). It is not intended for consumers, and we do not process consumer personal data such as national ID, home address or personal phone number.
Data we process
We process company data (contract numbers, shipments, documents, payments and receipts), professional data of the people who sign in on behalf of each company (name, corporate email, language and access role) and technical security records (IP address at receipt confirmation, date and time of actions, and audit trail).
Why we use it
We use the data to provide the tracking service and give visibility into the export stages, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations of foreign trade, and to ensure the security, integrity and traceability of the recorded operations.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service (application hosting, managed database and email delivery), bound by contract, and with authorities when required by law.
Where the data lives
Part of the infrastructure is provided by cloud services with servers outside Brazil. In those cases, we keep a contractual relationship with the providers and limit processing to the purposes of this policy.
Security
Access is individual and created by invitation only, with permission roles, per-company data isolation enforced in the database itself, encryption in transit, verification of uploaded files, and an immutable audit trail of sensitive actions and reads.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, after it, for the periods required by the tax and foreign-trade laws applicable to export documents. Audit records are kept for the period needed for security and accountability.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
