Who we are
ApiTrack is Apidouro's export tracking portal. Apidouro acts as the controller of the personal data processed on this platform. Privacy contact channel: exportacao@apidouro.com.br.
Data we process
We process professional identification data (name, corporate email, language and access role), operational data of export contracts (contract numbers, shipments, documents, payments and receipts) and technical records (IP address at the moment of receipt confirmation, date and time of actions, and the audit trail).
Purposes and legal bases
We use the data to perform the export contract and give transparency to its stages (performance of contract), to comply with foreign-trade legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation) and to protect the security, integrity and traceability of the recorded operations (legitimate interest).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with strictly necessary infrastructure processors (application hosting, managed database and transactional email delivery), bound by contract, and with authorities when required by law.
International transfers
Part of the infrastructure is provided by cloud services with servers outside Brazil. In those cases we adopt contractual safeguards with the providers and keep the processing limited to the purposes of this policy.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by the tax and foreign-trade legislation applicable to export documents. Audit records are kept for the period necessary for security and accountability.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of data, as well as information about sharing. Requests via exportacao@apidouro.com.br; we will answer within the legal deadlines.
Security
Access is individual and created by invitation only, with permission roles, per-client data isolation enforced in the database itself, encryption in transit, verification of uploaded files and an immutable audit trail of sensitive actions and reads.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service or in the law; the current version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
