Terms of Use
Effective as of 15 July 2026.
Purpose and acceptance
ApiTrack is the portal through which Apidouro provides visibility into the stages of contracted exports, from the contract to container receipt. These terms govern use of the portal. By accessing the platform, you represent that you are authorised to act for the company named in your invitation and you agree to the conditions below.
Who may access
The portal is for professional use and is restricted. There is no public sign-up: each account is created individually by Apidouro, by invitation, and is tied to an access role and, for importers, to a single company. The portal is not intended for consumers or for minors.
Account, password and responsibility
The account is personal and non-transferable. The password is created by the account holder at first sign-in and is not known to Apidouro. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for acts carried out with your account. Report any unauthorised use immediately through the contact channel.
The portal informs; the contract governs
Information shown in the portal (stages, dates, documents, quantities and values) is provided for tracking purposes. It does not create, alter, replace or bring forward any obligation under the sale contract agreed between the parties. Where the portal and the contract diverge, the contract prevails.
Acts carried out in the portal
Certain acts, such as approving or rejecting a lot and confirming receipt, are recorded with author, date, time and, where applicable, IP address, and are attributed to the account that performed them. These records serve as evidence of the act within the portal; their commercial effects are governed by the contract between the parties.
Acceptable use
In using the portal, you agree not to share credentials; not to attempt to access data belonging to another company or another access role; not to interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the platform; not to extract data by automated means without written authorisation; not to upload malicious files; and not to reproduce, decompile or attempt to derive the platform's code.
Documents and uploaded content
Each party is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the documents and information it uploads. Uploading a document does not transfer its ownership: you grant Apidouro only the permission needed to store it, display it to those with authorised access and retain it for the applicable periods. Apidouro may refuse or remove any file that breaches these terms or the law.
Intellectual property
The platform, its brand, its visual identity and its code belong to Apidouro. The access granted is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to track your company's operations in the portal, and transfers no other right.
Availability
We work to keep the portal available, but it is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or failures of the third parties providing the infrastructure. The portal is a tracking channel and does not replace the usual commercial channels.
Suspension and termination of access
Apidouro may suspend or terminate an individual account in the event of breach of these terms, security risk, the end of the commercial relationship, or the end of the person's association with the company they represent. Termination of access does not erase audit records or documents that Apidouro must retain by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apidouro's liability arising from use of the portal is limited to proven direct damages. Apidouro is not liable for unavailability caused by third parties, for decisions taken solely on the basis of tracking information that diverges from the contract, or for misuse of an account resulting from the holder's failure to safeguard their password.
Privacy
The processing of personal data in the portal is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The version in force will always be on this page, with its date. Material changes will be communicated through the contact channels.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Apidouro's registered seat are elected for disputes concerning use of the portal, without prejudice to the governing law, jurisdiction or arbitration clauses set out in the sale contract between the parties, which prevail as to the commercial relationship.
